The customer declares having read and accepted the Terms and Conditions before placing any order. Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Article 2 – Our Offer
2.1 Product Availability
Our offers are valid while stocks last. Products not held in stock are offered subject to availability from our suppliers. In the event of unavailability after ordering, you will receive a full refund.

Photographs and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes only. Please verify compatibility and specifications before purchasing.
Article 3 – Order Processing

To place an order, you must create an account or log in, select your products, and choose your delivery and payment methods. Please ensure that you provide accurate information, including your address and email address. Any errors in the information provided may result in delays or additional charges.
3.2 Order validation and electronic signature
The order is validated after:

Article 4 – Payment

Payment on delivery (reserved for business customers after acceptance).
4.2 Retention of Title
The products remain the property of NomiraBags until full payment is received. Risk is transferred upon delivery.
4.3 Default of payment
In the event of default of payment of a previous order or ongoing dispute, NomiraBags may refuse a new delivery.
Article 5 – Delivery
5.1 Delivery methods

Mondial Relay : delivery to a collection point, estimated delivery time 3 to 5 working days.

Colissimo : home delivery, estimated delivery time 2 to 3 working days.
5.2 Delivery charges
Delivery charges are specified when ordering and may vary depending on the weight and method chosen.
5.3 Delivery Delays
NomiraBags strives to meet the estimated delivery times. Delays caused by carriers or force majeure do not entitle the customer to any compensation.
Article 6 – Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money Back
You have 14 days after receipt to change your mind. Products must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except for defective products.
Article 7 – Receiving and Returns
7.1 Returns and refunds
Defective or non-conforming products can be returned according to the procedure below:

7.2 Package Verification
Check the condition of the package upon receipt. Any anomaly must be reported within 3 days.

All returns must be accepted by customer service. Non-compliant returns may result in a refusal of refund.
Article 8 – Product Guarantees

Backpacks are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and against hidden defects in accordance with the Consumer Code.

Generic spare parts are guaranteed for 90 days.

Products must be returned in their original packaging to be eligible for the warranty.
Article 9 – Legal Notices and Responsibilities

NomiraBags is not responsible for cases of force majeure or disruptions related to carriers.
Article 10 – Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in France.
